Cancellation Policy

**Registration, cancellation and waiting list policy for consultations** 1. **Registration for a consultation:** - Registration for a consultation is carried out online via the form on the website. - When registering, you must indicate a convenient date and time, as well as briefly describe the request for a consultation. - Confirmation of the registration is sent by email or messenger. 2. **Prepayment:** - The registration is considered confirmed after payment. The payment amount is indicated during registration. - Payment is possible by bank transfer, through online services or other available methods. 3. **Consultation cancellation policy:** - Cancellation of a consultation is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In this case, the prepayment is refunded in full or postponed to another date. - If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the consultation, the prepayment is not refunded. - If the client does not show up for the consultation without prior notice, the service is considered provided and the payment is not refunded. 4. **Consultation postponement:** - If it is necessary to postpone the consultation, the client must notify at least 24 hours in advance. The new date and time are agreed upon depending on availability. 5. **Waiting list:** - If there are no vacancies, the client can sign up for the waiting list. - As soon as a free time becomes available, the client is sent a notification about the possibility of signing up. - The client on the waiting list has 24 hours to confirm their participation after receiving the notification. In the absence of a response, the right to sign up passes to the next client. 6. **Confidentiality:** - All information about the client and his family is confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's consent. 7. **Force Majeure:** - In the event of cancellation of the consultation by the therapist (force majeure, illness, etc.), the client is offered a postponement to another convenient time or a full refund. 8. **Client's responsibilities:** - The client undertakes to come to the consultation on time and adhere to the agreed schedule. - If possible, the client must create comfortable conditions for conducting an online consultation (if choosing a remote format).
