General provisions • A gift card is a document that entitles its holder to receive psychological services for an amount equivalent to its face value. • The face value of the card is indicated on its front side and is 800 UAH, 3000 UAH, 6000 UAH or 8000 UAH (depending on the number of sessions: 1, 4, 8 or 12 sessions). • Purchasing a card means the client agrees to the terms of its use. ________________________________________ 2. Card validity period • A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the card is considered invalid and services cannot be provided under it. • The expiration date is indicated in the order confirmation sent to the buyer's email. ________________________________________ 3. Using a gift card • The card can only be used to receive services provided on our website. • All services paid for with a gift card require prior registration. Registration is carried out through a special section of the website. • The card cannot be divided: services must be used within the framework of one client registration. ________________________________________ 4. Return and exchange • Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. • In case of loss or damage of the card, it cannot be restored. To do this, the owner must notify the website administration, indicating the new contact details of the recipient. • If the cost of the selected services exceeds the face value of the card, the client may pay the difference. How to use the loyalty program?
• For every 800 UAH spent on consultations, you earn therapeutic points. • You can exchange the accumulated points for discounts for subsequent consultations. • You can view your points in your personal account, where you will see the details and history of bonus accumulation.
How to recover password?
• Go to the app login screen and click "Forgot your password?" • Enter your email address, which will receive a link to reset your password. • Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
How to change your personal data in your profile?
• Go to the "My Profile" section. • Click "Edit Profile" and change the necessary data (name, email, phone, etc.). • Don't forget to save the changes after editing.
Can I get a consultation anonymously?
• Yes, you can use the app anonymously by selecting the appropriate settings when booking a consultation. • However, we recommend having accurate data to improve the quality of therapy and individual approach.
What to do if the consultation did not start at the specified time?
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection. • If the problem persists, contact your therapist or our support team to resolve the situation.
Can I cancel the consultation?
• Yes, you can cancel your consultation 24 hours before the start time free of charge. • If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, a portion of the consultation fee will be charged, as per the terms of the app.
How do I get a discount on my next consultation?
• Use the therapeutic points you have accumulated from previous consultations. To do this, go to the "Points" section and select the option to exchange for a discount.
